Review of Flotrol, the natural bladder control supplement

Saturday, May 10th, 2008

Flotrol is a natural bladder control supplement for both men and women. But does it really work?

First of all, do you suffer from any or all of these symptoms?

• You have trouble beginning to urinate.
• Your urine stream gets continually weaker.
• You still have a feeling of “fullness” even after you urinate.
• You constantly get up in the middle of the night to urinate.

For many, lack of bladder control can begin to have an affect socially, emotionally, and psychologically. It sure would be nice to regain some urinary control, wouldn’t it?

The makers of Flotrol claim that their product can do just that. It’s supposed to ease the problems of an overactive bladder in a safe, natural manner. Flotrol contains a unique combination of herbs especially formulated for mature adults. The ingredients in Flotrol help

• Strengthen and tone your bladder muscles.
• Calm your bladder while improving urinary flow
• Sooth cramps and inflammation.
• Prevent discomfort during urination.
• Help reduce an enlarged prostate.

Flotrol ingredients: how do they strengthen your bladder?

Saturday, May 10th, 2008

The main ingredients in Flotrol are pumpkin seed extract and soybean germ extract. The natural ingredients in Flotrol have been used for hundreds of years to promote good urinary flow, bladder control, and overall urinary health.

There’s a good reason why pumpkins, and their seeds, were treasured by Native Americans, and it wasn’t Halloween. Pumpkin seeds were celebrated for their amazing dietary and medicinal properties. European explorers brought back pumpkin seeds and soon the cultivation of pumpkins spread throughout the world.

Urinary problems are often caused by weak pelvic muscles and involuntary bladder contractions. The pumpkin seed extract contained in Flotrol helps strengthen these bladder muscles while also having a calming effect on the bladder.

Meanwhile, Soybean germ extract works because it contains isoflavones that are similar to estrogen. Lack of estrogen is associated with urinary tract weakness in women and an enlarged prostate in men. By raising the levels of estrogen, Flotrol should help your bladder and urinary tract return to a normal, healthy state.

Scientific support for Flotrol and its ability to improve bladder control

Saturday, May 10th, 2008

The scientific research on the ability of Flotrol to improve bladder control has been encouraging. In one study, participants ingested pumpkin seed and soybean germ extracts for several weeks. These are precisely the ingredients in Flotrol.

Observers took notes on how often the subjects had to urinate during the day and at night, whether there were any emergency episodes, and on the overall satisfaction of urination and bladder health.

In almost all cases, there was significant improvement in urinary tract and bladder health, beginning after week one and continuing steadily through week six. This is similar to what your experience should be like if you take Flotrol.

Another study done in Budapest, Hungary, gave pumpkin seed extract to 60 patients suffering from an enlarged prostate.  The results showed that more than 80% of the subjects reported an overall improvement in bladder health, stronger urinary flow, and a decrease in nighttime urination.
